A Little Drummer Group

I don't get why drummers are patrolling in Vivocity.
It just adds to the din.

Hair Musings

IMG_1139

Was John's BOB yesterday. Woke up early, did my hair into a curry puff, all blown back look. Held it back with clay, gel and lots of hairspray. A few hours later at church, my hair becames like that. Sigh... Think I'm resigned to flat hair.

Inefficiency at Audio House

Why can't Audio House implement a cash and carry system for its
products?
Curently, I have to queue to pay up, then join another queue to
collect the items!! Some crap reason about stamping the warrenty card.
Then when I reached the collection counter, they took another few
minutes to find the items i bought. Queued for more than 20 mins
altogether to pay and collect 2 hairdryers.

Gross...

Realised something really gross. When I walk, my inner thighs keep on rubbing together. And it's pretty uncomfortable. Gross. This never happened to me. Either that, or my thighs have become more muscular from all the half squats that I've been doing - to lose weight - oh the irony...
Anyway, I'm pretty sure the running-of-the-thighs is due to me becoming chubbier. Coz I also realised that my pants are getting pretty tight. Oh help!!!

Tube closed

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/london/7429638.stm

Turns out that drinking alcohol is just banned in the London Tube - Was it even allowed in the first place??!?!
Wonder if there's a similar ban on the MRT. Maybe people drink to numb the pain of squeezing with the crowd in the London underground.

Now, what's hilarious is that before the ban came into force, people gathered in the London Tube to drink and party away!! So as, as one commuter put it, to show that it is possible to drink and travel on the tube responsibly. K, if you don't already know, the British and alcohol are a potent cocktail, and what started out as a small party ended up with Tube stations closed, people arrested and, I would imagine, lots of cleaning up the next morning. haha...

price of rice goes up, price of apple goes down

These days, prices of everything seem to be heading up north. Rice and petrol have hit all time highs. But Apple has dropped their prices for iMacs. TMD! It was $2048 when I bought mine on 1st December. But now, it's going for $1888! And it's an 'improved' version of the iMac, according to the Apple website. Argh.... I am so angry.

Why can't Apple decrease the price of the item I want to buy (iPod Touch, 32GB, for those of u who wanna surprise me) instead of the item which I have already bought?!?!?

I should just spend my money on Rolexes and Vuitton. At least their prices won't drop.
