the new Taka basement

There's a revamp in Takashimaya's food basement with new and exciting food stalls!
So many different options and we had a hard time picking a place to eat coz they all look so good.
We eventually settled for Romankan Yokohama. They serve meat, covered in batter and fried to golden brown.

My verdict is that the pictures look better than the taste of the food.
And frankly, at $15.50 for this Rosu Katsu Ni set (Fried Pork loin), I thought it was pretty expensive.
