12 days to go and no confirmation

Hey everyone! 12 more days till I'm scheduled to fly to the States and they haven't bought the air tickets! I'm beginning to get worried. I have many things to pack and do but I don't wanna do it until it's confirmed.. What happens if some big boss, sitting in his big office, woke up on the wrong side of his bed and decides not to let me go? Ah... office politics, let's not go into there lest I get sacked from my job. Hmmm... then again, it's a strategy I have not considered....

So, one of the things I need while staying at the Hilton when I'm in the States is a laptop! (Hilton for 6 weeks, I'm going to be soooo broke after that) Shirley is so kind as to lend me her old MacBook, coz as all you Mac users know, once you gone on the Mac, you can never look at Windows again.

(Something like flying First Class, using SKII or carrying a Prada. Once you tried them you can never go back to flying coach, using Biore face wash or (gasp!) carry a pasar malam bag.)

So I was looking through her collection of photos and I found pictures that I've forgotten - including the Baptism of my Goddaughter! I am such a bad Godfather.. I'll share the pics of the 2 cute-as-a-button-kids in church. Gwyn Ow (aka my Goddaughter) and Thaddaeus John Tham - who already has a blog, link is 'Thamlet' under the 'People' section of my blog.

Before I go, I just saw the most beautiful bag! It's from the Louis Vuitton Fall 2008 collection. Black painted Daimer canvas, subtle yet recognisable to those in the know. Great for carrying my documents and perhaps the MacBook Air?
